I hope you're finding ways to keep your heart steady and balanced.

My six-week, donation-based online course starts this coming Tuesday, Wise Speech: An Introduction to Nonviolent Communication. The course is a great way to start your communication journey, or to brush up on your skills. I love teaching it because of the conversations it often sparks connecting spirituality and our practical, day-to-day relationships.

Each live online session includes some meditation, a lecture sharing key communication tools, plus ample time for questions and interactive coaching. As always, all sessions are recorded and posted for viewing afterwards.

The course is also a great way to introduce family and friends to communication skills. It starts this Tuesday June 18 at 9:15am PT, and registration stays open until June 25.
