A New Space for Practice, Reflection, and Connection

Dear friends,
One of the most helpful teachings I’ve encountered is the reminder that we don’t have to walk this path alone. While spiritual practice asks us to turn inward, it’s often in the company of others that we deepen, stretch, and grow.
These days, I feel this teaching in my core. It takes immense courage to meet the challenges of our world with an open heart, and staying connected with others feels more essential than ever. How do we steady ourselves amidst the noise and grief while remaining open to joy and possibility? And how do we discern what is ours to do?
In this spirit, I’m delighted to invite you to Clear Dharma Sangha, a new online practice community dedicated to exploring these very questions. This is a space for meditation and sincere conversation about what it means to live with integrity in today’s world.
The sangha is open to everyone—whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years. Together, we'll cultivate balance and explore how contemplative practice can inspire meaningful change in our lives and beyond.
Our first gathering is an Open House on February 1st, and I’d love for you to join.
During this session, I’ll offer a guided meditation and introduce the vision for Clear Dharma Sangha. We'll also take time for questions and discussion so you can get a feel for the space we’ll be creating together.
If this resonates, I hope you’ll come check it out.
With warmth and gratitude,
Oren
P.S. If you’re curious but can’t make the open house, you can learn more here about Clear Dharma Sangha.
