Happy Friday!  Some fun book updates….  

✅ What happened:

• Book Bundle. Spent a few hours working on the different promo bundles for the book. Want to have one bonus for each category that is SUPER high value and gets people excited. Was planning on offering speaking engagements for high book orders but realized it wasn’t something I’m excited about so will likely cut it.
• More Pre-fluencers. Reaching out to different content creators on LinkedIn to help collab on the book. Smaller audiences than larger creators but often super engaged audiences and more available and willing to help!
• Reviewing Podcast Recordings. Re-listening to the current interviews I’ve done so far. Paying attention to what points were strong and resonated and what points were boring or easy to ignore.

📋 What’s coming up:

• 1:1 MDW in Austin. Choosing a winner and planning one person’s million dollar weekend with me in Austin in a few weeks...
• Planning BIG Launch. Beginning to map out the BIG book announcement and co-ordinate everything. Thinking pre-launch in early December (60 days out) then a big launch on the book release date, Jan 30/24.

🔦 MDW Reader Spotlight:

• Recent weekend cohort - Scott Certain - was awesome. Said “I asked a complete stranger for $1.00 via Twitter DM and he gave me $10.00 via PayPal. I had three former coworkers describe to me the things that I was really good at when we worked together, which was different aspects of coaching and mentoring junior engineers.” Congrats on your first dollar Scott!
