Happy Friday @channel! Some tasty book updates….
✅ What happened:
- Book Back Cover. Submitted the back cover of the book to Penguin today. THANK YOU to everyone who provided feedback. You all are VERY MUCH a part of this book and I appreciate it to the bottom of my heart ❤️
- More Podcasts. Scheduling on Diary of a CEO with Steven Bartlett and Modern Wisdom with Chris Williamson. Both MASSIVE.
- LinkedIn Influencers. Got some LinkedIn friends on board to collab and help promote the book. Wasn’t sure about asking a few but it’s guaranteed to be a “no” unless you ask…
- Break Week. After a crazy busy summer and my trip to NYC in September, I spent this week offline at a friend’s wedding. Important to take time to relax. Plus recharging the batteries for a BIG push till launch 😎
📋 What’s coming up:
- Sales Projections. Reviewing the launch strategy and revising estimates to ensure we hit our 25k target by the end of launch week.
- More Asks. Getting in touch with Derek Sivers, Rich Roll, Andy Frisella, Devin Stone and Patrick O’Shaughnessy about collabs / being a guest on their shows.
🔦 MDW Reader Spotlight:
- Recent weekend cohort - Casey M - was awesome. Got stuck with his first idea but pivoted and applied the advice to his current side hustle and made a mailing list. Got a job through the first post that day. 💪 Congrats Casey! 👏👏
