Larry Janesky started out building houses at 18 years old. Then he got into basement repair and eventually built up a portfolio of blue-collar businesses that now make over $650M a year. 🤯 

I loved what he told me:

• AI will not replace the people who clean out your crawl space and repair your basements. 
• “If you have to work 70 hours a week, you’re doing it wrong.”
• “We didn’t make a big jump, we made a lot of little ones (over 40 years).”
