✅ Personal Goal Update

One of my 2020 goals was to make homemade coconut wine. 🥥🍷

I drank it last year in Vietnam and it was unbelievable.

But back in the U.S. I couldn’t find coconut wine anywhere.

So I hired a master winemaker and set off to make it myself...

And it was a complete disaster… tasted like sour socks (on the positive note, my tongue goes numb after 3 sips so it starts tasting better).

Great reminder that not everything is going to work out. 

Now is the fun part to keep enjoying the journey of making it!
