We're finally at the business end of the Euros and as much as some people might hate to admit it, England once again scraped past Switzerland in their quarterfinal game to set up a clash with The Netherlands and that takes place today (the 10th of July 2024).


My lesson from the Switzerland game was - when you run a business, sometimes, no scratch that - a lot of the time, you will not be able to give it your best or perform at your best.


Consistency is key, but the ability to deliver when it counts can make all the difference.


Focus on doing your best in critical situations, and don't stress if every moment isn't perfect.
