I know we're in the middle of the summer holidays but one of the things that happens right after summer is a surge in hiring

Having worked with a plethora of startups over the last few years, I have one message to you if you're a startup founder looking for hire or if you're a candidate looking to work at a startup.

Having Ivy League credentials might get you noticed. But it won't get you the job.

MESSAGE TO JOB SEEKERS‼️

Work on building your personality. Not flaunting your diplomas.

If potential employers see the value you can bring to their organization through your skills and expertise, you'll get the job.

MESSAGE TO HIRING MANAGERS‼️

Don't hire people just because they went to a fancy college. Hire them for their experience and expertise.

Hire them for their personality. Hire them for their ability to add to your company culture. Hire them because they can get the job done.

Remember, degrees don't get the job done.....people do!
