Happy Holidays from the Never Come Down family!

We just spent the past weekend down in Berkeley, CA playing at the Freight and holy moly was it a blast! That room is incredible and sounds amazing and it felt so good to have so many of you there huddled around listening to us play. We felt like we were in great company and it was really nice to see so many familiar faces and feel your support! Thanks ya'll! We promise we won't wait another year and a half to be back to see you again!

And big thank-yous to My Dog Jack for joining us! It was so fun hanging with those guys and glad that we got to have a little post-show picky in the bus!

The day before our show at the Freight we also got to record a standalone 3-part vocal harmony video workshop w/ Peghead Nation (pinch us!) at their studio in San Rafael, CA! Some of our biggest heroes like Bruce Molsky, Brittany Haas, Joe K. Walsh, and more offer video courses on Peghead's website, so we are a part of some lofty company! Check out their website here if you might be interested in one of their courses. We'll be sure to let ya'll know when that will be dropping once we know more. Stay tuned for that.

We have one more show coming up before the end of the year this Saturday, 12/20, at the Belfry in Sisters, OR. This is our annual winter solstice show that we do with one of our all-time favorite bands - Skillethead. If you live in Bend, Sisters, Redmond, or anywhere nearby we'd love it if you came out and party with us one last time before we ring in 2026. We'd love to see you!

Before we take our brief holiday hibernation we wanted to let ya'll know about some things you might want to look forward to for next year. We just announced a small run of shows at the end of January starting with the ABA Bluegrass Roundup in Apache Junction, AZ and ending with the Sapphire Room in Boise, ID! We're also very pleased to announce that the band we'll be teaching some workshops up at Wintergrass in Bellevue, WA! More shows to be announced in the new year so please check our website from time to time for our full up to date tour schedule.

You should also be able to look forward to new music coming from us early next year! If you've read some of our previous newsletters you might have noticed that we were in the studio earlier this fall! We've been working on getting that ready for ya'll and that should be ready to come out of the can pretty sooooooooon!
