The Mindset Walk Challenge starts today (AEST)

Hit *reset* on your mind with a 5-day mindset walk challenge on the Intention app Starting Monday, April 4 AEST.
Access it for free for the duration of the challenge (if you're a premium Intention subscriber, you'll be able to access it outside of the challenge dates).
What is a mindset walk?
They're:
✨ Fully guided - you don't need to think about what to think
✨ 15-20 minutes so that you can fit 'em in your days
✨ Focused on levelling up your mindset in some way shape or form (goals, mindfulness, affirmations, etc - all the variety to keep things interesting!)
How do I join?
1. Download Intention
Download 'Intention' from Google Play or the App Store to follow along. You can also sign up to Intention by clicking here.
2. Access the challenge
Open the 5 Day Mindset Walking Challenge in-app - the guided walking audios will be available free from Monday, April 4.
3. Follow the guided audios
From Monday, April 4 to Friday, April 8, follow the audio guidance on your daily 15- 20 minute walk.
