Inshallah we hope to see you there tomorrow!!
We hope to see you there inshaAllah ☺️
Alhamdulilah the White Days are back!! The White Days or Ayyam al-Bid (Arabic: ایّام البیض) are specific days of each Islamic month; these days are the 13th, 14th and 15th of every month in the Islamic calendar. The Messenger ﷺ recommended fasting three days of every month as fasting is not just an action, it is the abandonment of certain actions/pleasures for the sake of Allah and it shows faith and sincerity. It is also training on being detached from the attachments of this temporary world, and being attached to Allah alone. On the authority of ’Abdul-Malik (rA) who narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast these Three Days, saying, ‘They are (equivalent to) fasting the whole month’. This means that fasting each day is equal to the reward of fasting for 10 days, thus fasting all 3 days is equal to the reward of fasting for 30 days. If this is repeated every month, then, as the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ stated, this will be as if one is fasting perpetually. Join us in fasting, starting tomorrow inshaAllah! ☺️
Join us tomorrow in the atrium and pick up a flower as we bring back one of our favorite events and help you learn more about hadiths and the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
What a great week and an amazing collaboration with Charity Week! Alhamdulillah we exceeded our first goal of raising $2000 🥳 Swipe through to get a recap of the week: Firstly, our male board members took part in donations for a dare! We encouraged people to approach the table to spin the wheel and choose a dare 🫢 One of our most popular was a pie to the face! Watch our financial officer get smacked with shaving cream 😶🌫️ Next, we held a remote-control car race with several of our members taking part in an unlikely competitive game 🏎️ Alongside this event, our bake sale was one of the biggest successes! We want to thank Andrea for helping us design our menu ☺️ We also extend our sincere appreciation to all the people who contributed to the bake sale, we had a wide variety of options thanks to all of them 😋 Then, we had a great turnout for our henna event. We also want to thank @hennabyshamse who carried and gave her time to working for charity 🪷🌸 Finally, we ended the week off with our Islamic jeopardy which was a huge hit 😎 Our members witnessed the Vice President be defeated in the brothers vs. sisters envelope competition 👏 Keep a watch out to see him walk around the Atrium in a dinosaur suit 🦖 Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to this goal and supported us all week! We appreciate the sense of unity and encouragement that we received from our general body members, fellow students, and staff. Alhamdulillah for the wonderful community on this campus! It was truly wonderful seeing all of your faces throughout the entire week 🥰 P.S. donations can still be made to Islamic Relief up until November 11th! Donation link is in our bio 😊
Asalamualkium! We urgently request that you fill out this survey ASAP in order for us to make a change on campus! Link in bio!

Spin a wheel to see what’ll happen to our board members 😬 Later at 7pm, we’ll be joining @trincoll_msa in a soccer tournament. If you’d like to join a team, feel free to dm us or reach out to @mahmoudy.elsabbal ⚽️ Finally, Thursday is the deadline for our envelope campaign!
