If your goal is “confidence”… this might sting a little.

Yesterday, I had a consult with someone who told me she wanted to “get in shape to feel more confident.”

So I asked her:

“What does that actually look like?”

Is it a weight? A size? A date? A reason?

She couldn’t answer.

And that’s when it hit me…

Trying to build confidence without a clear goal is like typing “happy” into Google Maps — and expecting to arrive somewhere meaningful.

No target.

No timeline.

Just… hoping confidence shows up one day.

But here’s the truth:

👉 People without clear direction don’t make progress.

👉 They go in circles.

👉 They get distracted.

👉 They start over… again and again.

They don’t win. They wander.

If you don’t define your win, you’ll never know if you’re losing.

So if you’ve been floating through your workouts, your nutrition, or your business goals with no clear destination — this is your sign to get specific.

Because vague goals = vague results.

Need help creating a mission with real structure and purpose?

That’s literally what I do.

Reply with “MISSION” and I’ll help you map it out.
