Over 90% of Canadians get this wrong when it comes to fitness and finances.


Inflation and Government overreach wouldn't be a problem if we had taken responsibility to implement sound money solutions and actively pursued fitness over fatigue.


Sound money keeps money working for us, instead of trading time for money.


This means more time for our goals, dreams, and families.


While improved fitness is the opposite of fatigue. So when we don't take the time to improve our fitness, it makes it nearly impossible to get out of any hole we are put in.


But there is a massive positive if you can blame yourself. What is it?


It means we also have the power to change the trajectory of your physical and financial well-being.


We can do this by learning and, more importantly, implementing how to make money work for us without risk. We can separate ourselves from needing to apply for bank loans and instead finance everything from using our education.


In order to have the discipline to do this, we need to create new habits.


Habits such as tracking our food intake, sleep, and strength training. When we consistently track how we treat our bodies, it makes it easier to track our finances and build a business in the financial sector.
