The Power of Vulnerability and Support in Your Journey

Hey ,

I wanted to share a story that I think many of you will relate to. Recently, I spoke with a close friend who was struggling with her business. She was overwhelmed, ready to close up shop, and felt like giving up. Like many, she’d faced countless self-limiting beliefs and the all-too-familiar trap of people-pleasing that led to repeated frustrations and setbacks.

In the past, I had expressed my concerns about her approach, but those conversations didn’t fully resonate with her until now. What I’ve realized is that many women (and men) have difficulty stepping into a strong, structured energy to run their ventures effectively. It can be hard when surrounded by influences that lack drive, creating even more self-doubt and anxiety.

Yesterday, we had a breakthrough. We talked about getting systems in place to help her reconnect with her passion and fall back in love with her business. I’m sharing this with you because it’s a powerful reminder: when we hold back and don’t allow ourselves to be vulnerable with trusted people, we limit our ability to grow.

So, take this as a nudge from me: reach out, share a story, be honest with a coach, mentor, or close friend. Remember, we all face challenges—it's part of the process. What matters is finding the courage to be yourself and seek support when you need it. We’re all in this together, and growth comes from sharing and learning from each other.

Stay strong and keep moving forward!

Best,

Monty
