Mini Habits for Fitness: the results are in (WOW)

I wanted a way to measure the impact of my newest book, Mini Habits for Fitness, so I made a before/after quiz. The quiz measures your relationship with exercise. After 60 days going through the book, you can take the quiz again and see how you've changed.


I just went through the results, and they're amazing. People are truly changing internally. This is the most beautiful before/after picture I've ever seen. No six packs, just real change that can last a lifetime!

Isn't that incredible? If you want to see the full data, I put that on the website. Only 32 people have taken the after quiz — but their "after results" are spectacular.


Data is tricky. I don't know how many of the "before" quizzers actually read the book. People can quiz without reading. They can also read without quizzing! Thus, it's difficult to know the exact success rate of getting through all 60 days. That's the nature of any multi-step process (even easy ones).


But unlike many programs where the dropoff is from burnout or exhaustion, this book only takes commitment and choice.
