Happy New Year! 🌟
As we step into 2025, we’re filled with excitement for the opportunities ahead and the chance to continue supporting you on your mental health and wellbeing journey. Our diary is already filling up quickly, and we’re thrilled to have a busy January ahead.
We’re delighted to be working with Skills Development Scotland, The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, 56three Architects, Scottish Social Services Council and Shetland Arts Agency to deliver First Aid for Mental Health training - helping more workplaces create supportive and resilient environments for their teams.
To help you and your team start the year off with a focus on mental wellbeing, here are three practical tips for taking care of mental health in the workplace:
- Prioritise Breaks: Encourage regular breaks to refresh and recharge. A short pause can increase productivity and reduce stress.
- Foster Connections: Create opportunities for team members to connect, whether in person or virtually - to strengthen relationships and combat feelings of isolation.
- Talk About Mental Health: Open conversations about mental health reduce stigma and help create a culture of support where employees feel comfortable seeking help.
If you’re ready to equip your team with the skills to support mental health in the workplace, now is the perfect time to book our First Aid for Mental Health training. Our sessions are designed to empower your team to spot the signs of poor mental health and provide effective support.
Let’s make 2025 a year of thriving together - get in touch to secure your training session today!
Wishing you health, happiness, and success in 2025.
Warm regards,
Catherine
