Now is the most important time to slow down so you can speed up. If you don't take stock in where you are, how you got here, and make changes, you'll not get where you need to go.

Because you're still all a bunch of humans trying to team up and accomplish things.
Humans are messy.
We have feelings, needs, wants.
And we definitely don't agree on what those are or how to get somewhere.
Sometimes, it can feel like our teams are just doomed to never connect, cooperate, communicate, or achieve our goals.
But it is possible to create a team with a culture that is healthy, happy, and productive.
