We are approaching the mid-year point where I usually run a 6-month jobber report to gauge how everyone is doing with regards to their pricing levels. This year has been amazing for many of you and we/I appreciate all the efforts that you've put into promoting our products and our brand! We've seen some really cool efforts and creative marketing taking place in your shops, so keep up the good work!
Some accounts might get elevated to the next pricing level next week if you've met that threshold, but don't worry, we won't be moving anyone down unless you've grossly decreased your spending with us. I may however reach out with a friendly check-in to let you know that you're a little off your mark and might want to pay attention to that over the next 6 months in order to stay in your current pricing level. This is a great week to get in some last-minute orders, or stocking orders to boost those numbers before I run that mid-year report. It's been a weird year for sure and buying habits of our customers have definitely changed. We continually keep our finger on the pulse of the industry and do what we can to adapt and find new ways to stay on their radars. I'm always curious as to what our Jobbers are seeing with regards to trends on upgrades, repairs and overall spending of their customers.
