Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. / John 14:27 (NIV)

Verse three of "Great Is Thy Faithfulness" reminds us of the source of our strength and the hope that comes from God's faithfulness. It says, "Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth, Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide; Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow, Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside!"

In this verse, we are reminded of the fullness of God's faithfulness and the abundant blessings that flow from it. First, we find pardon for sin—the forgiveness and cleansing that comes through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. In God's faithfulness, He offers us the gift of reconciliation and the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Furthermore, God's faithfulness grants us the privilege of His own dear presence. His presence brings comfort in times of distress, guidance in moments of uncertainty, and joy in the midst of our journey. We are never alone, for God, in His faithfulness, walks with us every step of the way.

God's faithfulness provides us with strength for today. In the face of challenges, trials, and temptations, He empowers us to persevere and overcome. He equips us with the spiritual fortitude and resilience needed to navigate the complexities of life. We can find strength and courage in His unwavering faithfulness, knowing that He is our source of power and support.

Moreover, God's faithfulness grants us a bright hope for tomorrow. In a world often plagued by darkness and uncertainty, we can look forward to the future with confidence and expectation. Our hope is anchored in God's promises and the assurance that His faithfulness endures throughout eternity. We can face tomorrow with hope, knowing that He holds our future in His loving hands.

In response to God's faithfulness, let us live with hearts full of gratitude and surrender. Let us embrace the peace, strength, and hope that flow from His faithfulness. May we share the blessings we have received with others, becoming conduits of His love and grace in a world that desperately needs it.

I also find hope in Your faithfulness, looking forward to the future with confidence.
