We didn't need to know that about your marriage

Many couples fall into the trap of thinking that sharing their marital disputes on social media is therapeutic or justifiable. However, this is a risky path to take. Once you put something out there on the internet, it's essentially there forever, even if you later delete it. These words, moments of frustration or anger, can travel across continents in mere seconds. Not only does this jeopardize your spouse's reputation, but it can also negatively reflect on your own character.
Moreover, using public platforms to vent only offers a one-sided narrative, which can be misconstrued by those who only see a fragment of the story. It can lead to misunderstandings and garner unnecessary attention or sympathy from outsiders, potentially complicating the situation further.
Instead, it's wiser to handle marital issues away from the public eye. Seeking counsel, whether it's from trusted friends, family, or professionals, can provide constructive feedback and a safe space to discuss concerns. Sharing grievances with the world can inadvertently prolong the negativity rather than resolving the root cause of the issue.
Think twice, post once.
