Coach Mack Arrington, one of the subscribers to this email responded to one of my email about being hypocritical suggesting I write about the "out of character surprises."

I thought I'd share he wrote instead of rewriting it.

Luanne (my wife) always loves the surprise when I bring home the six dollar bunch of flowers from the grocery store. She loves the surprise of vegan chocolate ice cream. She loves the surprise when I vacuum and mop the kitchen floor without her asking me. Those little things that used to be out of character for me, now I feel normal. At first it was, “Why did you bring me flowers today?” Answer: “Because I was just thinking about you.” That was enough.
