Email Coaching

Email coaching is exactly what it sounds like -- a written, coaching session where we carry on a conversation using a secure communication app. You may be wondering if you're a good candidate for email coaching.

Answer this question: Do you tend to do your best thinking and self-expression in writing? If yes, email coaching is for you.

Writing helps to clarify thoughts, so email coaching will give you an opportunity to process your thoughts in a timeframe you control.

If you're saying, "That's definitely not me. I need to talk my thoughts out to make sense of them," then you'd be a great candidate for group coaching.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a 60-minute session with 3 to 7 people all locked-in on one, specific topic.

Group coaching is a great alternative to personal coaching because it's less expensive, and still gives you the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback. An added benefit is that you get to learn from others' experiences while sharing your own.

The group coaching topics change weekly, so you're virtually guaranteed to find a topic that interests you (coming up: Figuring Out Forgiveness, Beautifully Blended, How to Love When You Feel Like Leaving, and more).
