Just recorded a coffee-themed episode of the #Lean Whiskey podcast with Jamie Flinchbaugh. Today, we both made "pour over" coffee and talked about the process for that, batch sizes, and then a broader discussion about #supplychain and inventory topics related to Toyota and other industries. Look for this to be released on Friday. No, we didn't drink whiskey in the morning. Oh, and I wore my cowboy hat because Jamie had commented recently about not ever seeing me wear a hat (in relation to the proverbial "many hats" of my career). A "Billy Bob's" baseball cap also made an appearance, since I was feeling Texas-y.
