If you celebrate Christmas AND Process Behavior Charts, check out this free eBook that's available (in English and French). It's a cute story and it's probably more fun if you're already familiar with the PBC methodology, as taught in my book Measures of Success and elsewhere.

Recording: A Webinar About Leadership, Culture, and Reducing Turnover

If you're a leader in a healthcare organization -- heck, if you're a leader in ANY organization -- you might be struggling with employee turnover.

I recently hosted and moderated a webinar (via Value Capture) that has two leaders from Duke Health who will be sharing how they reduced nursing turnover from 75% (higher than the industry average for home health) to just 18%... in ONE YEAR's time.

But this isn't a "home health story" or even a "healthcare story" -- it's a LEADERSHIP story with lessons and ideas that I think are applicable to leaders in any setting.

Another Recorded Webinar on Continuous Improvement

Last week, I moderated a panel discussion webinar that was hosted by KaiNexus.

Again, I think there are lessons learned to be found here for leaders in any industry.

Still Working on the "My Favorite Mistake" Book

I'm still making progress in writing a book that's based on the stories and lessons learned from my podcast series!

I'm anticipating its launch in early 2023 (March??), and I'm still doing the initial writing. I've finally had some "ah ha" moments about how to structure the book, so my writing pace is accelerating on this still-untitled book.

Please visit the book's landing page if you have ideas to share with me about what you'd want to get out of the book as a reader - and if you have any suggestions or feedback on the possible title and subtitle.
