Hi :
As I've mentioned before, I'm writing a new book that's based on stories and lessons from the "My Favorite Mistake" podcast series -- how to be better at learning from mistakes as individuals and as organizations.
I'm currently running a poll on LinkedIn to solicit input on three different titles. Thanks for your input! I hope it's not a mistake to ask...
Recent Webinar Recording:
The recording of my recent webinar is available now:
Seizing the Healthcare Safety Opportunity: Using the “Playbook” of Paul O’Neill
The webinar brought Paul O’Neill’s approach to life for attending leaders by comparing typical practices in healthcare with case examples from Alcoa and the institutions in healthcare that have applied this "playbook."
Still Working on the "My Favorite Mistake" Book
I'm still making progress in writing a book that's based on the stories and lessons learned from my podcast series! I'm anticipating it will launch in early 2023 and I'm still doing the initial writing. I've finally had some "ah ha" moments about how to structure the book, so my writing pace is accelerating.
I'm still figuring out what the right title would be for the book.
Visit the book's landing page if you have ideas to share with me about what you'd want to get out of the book as a reader - and if you have any suggestions or feedback on the possible title and subtitle.
