Hi :
I'm happy to announce that I'll be co-presenting a webinar on October 18th with Ken Segel, the CEO of Value Capture. It's free and open to all, whether you work in healthcare or not.
Seizing the Healthcare Safety Opportunity: Using the “Playbook” of Paul O’Neill
The webinar will bring Paul O’Neill’s approach to life for attending leaders by comparing typical practices in healthcare with case examples from Alcoa and the institutions in healthcare that have applied this "playbook."

I'll be there all week, and I'm honored to be moderating a panel on Thursday with three great leaders who are "embracing cultural disruption" in various ways:
They aren't just embracing disruption, they are leading it in their organizations (and industries) in very tangible and meaningful ways. Either disrupt or be disrupted, right?
We'll have a great panel discussion, with insights and actionable takeaways, I'm sure. Learn more about the panelists and the conference here via my blog.
Still Working on the "My Favorite Mistake" Book
I'm still making progress in writing a book that's based on the stories and lessons learned from my podcast series! I'm anticipating it will launch in early 2023 and I'm still doing the initial writing. I've finally had some "ah ha" moments about how to structure the book, so my writing pace is accelerating.
I'm still figuring out what the right title would be for the book.
Visit the book's landing page if you have ideas to share with me about what you'd want to get out of the book as a reader - and if you have any suggestions or feedback on the possible title and subtitle.
