Sometimes life moves so fast that we forget to acknowledge our own accomplishments. It’s easy to dismiss the milestones we reach, especially when they seem like just another part of our daily routines. But today, I want to pause and share a heartfelt reflection with you. 🌟

The past six months have been extremely difficult. We returned home after Thanksgiving to find our house flooded, and we had to move just a week before Christmas. Since then, it's been nonstop insurance claims and rebuilding our home. Hey, it's been crazy, but at least I haven't gone crazy (yet), haha!

I couldn't write this email without the gif....it makes me laugh every time.

Many days have been difficult to manage without my Zen in Ten practice, which has really kept me sane. Small, bite-sized practices of self-care throughout the crazy days have made a world of difference.

We are still out of our home, but I am able to reflect on the insanity of it all and feel grateful for the blessings that have come out of the struggle. It's remarkable how sticking with self-care can transform your outlook, making it possible to feel joy even amidst extreme stress.

Just a little reminder for you: No matter how tough life gets, don’t overlook your achievements or forget to take care of yourself. Every challenge you navigate is a milestone worth celebrating, and every step you take in self-care is a step toward resilience.
