When will it be your turn?

Hello ,

Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

Today is full in a lot of ways.

There are messages.

Moments that are meant to feel meaningful.

People you love being celebrated.

And underneath all of that… you’re still the one holding everything together.

Even today.

Even in the middle of something beautiful this weekend, I noticed how easy it is to stay in “holding it all”… instead of actually being there.

The one making sure everyone else feels cared for.

The one keeping things moving.

And maybe—quietly—there’s a part of you that feels a little left out of it.

Not in a big way—just in that familiar way of coming last.

—

If that’s true for you, I want to offer you something today.

Not advice.

Not a routine.

Not something to keep up with.

Just a different truth:

You’re not inconsistent.

You’ve just never had a space that actually supports you in staying with yourself.

—

That’s what Soulful Sunday is.

A weekly place to pause, to notice what you’re carrying, and to come back to yourself—without pressure.

Each week, you receive something simple:

a reflection you can read in a few minutes

a small ritual you can actually do

a moment to pause and notice what’s real for you

Something that fits into your life—not something you have to keep up with.

No catching up. No falling behind.

And if a week gets away from you, it’s still there. Waiting. You can return anytime.

—

So today, instead of asking more of yourself…

May you choose yourself—even in a small way, even in the middle of everything.

I opened the “May You” offering for that.

Not as a push. Just as a quiet invitation.

If you want to step into it, you can come back to yourself here:

Come back to yourself

No pressure.

The “May You” offering is open through May 11—just a small window to begin, if it feels right.

I’m really glad you’re here.

With you in this,

Charity đź’ś
