Happy Soulful Sunday! 🌿 This week, we're focusing on an important theme: Rewriting and Reframing Self-Judgment and Criticism. This journey is about acknowledging those harsh thoughts we've had towards ourselves and transforming them into narratives of self-love and kindness.
This Week’s Theme: Reprogramming Your Thoughts
Through our practices this week, we aim to:
- Reframe judgmental thoughts.
- Release self-criticism.
- Write new, positive narratives.
- Embrace self-compassion.
This work we are doing together is so freeing. I have been working along with you in releasing judgment and criticism. This morning, I did my morning pages and journaled about this month's topic. I decided to record my thoughts (for myself) but then thought, why not share them with you too? The audio is just me talking and riffing on this month's topic, and I hope it resonates with you.
