The ritual I use when I feel myself disappearing

Hi ,

You don’t need another breakdown.

You need a way to get yourself back when the noise, guilt, and chaos take over.

A few weeks ago, I hit my own breaking point, I knew I needed more than a moment of release — I needed something I could reach for again and again when I felt myself fading out.

That’s why I created the Ritual for Returning.

It’s not a spa day or a cute checklist. It’s a real process that helps you:

✔ Get honest about what’s draining you

✔ Come back to your body when you feel numb or disconnected

✔ Sort through the emotional static so you can think clearly again

✔ Reconnect with what you actually need — not what everyone else demands from you

And yes, it’s simple.

Because when you’re exhausted, complicated solutions aren’t helpful — they’re just more noise.

This isn’t a one-time journaling prompt.

It’s a rhythm. A reset. A way to meet yourself every time you start to lose grip.

🌀 I use this ritual when I feel myself dissociating from my body — when numbness sets in, and I know my CPTSD has been triggered again.

🌀 When I’ve gone into hyper-functioning mode and can’t feel anything but stress.

🌀 When I need to ground myself back into reality, gently and without judgment.

It brings me back. Every time.

🎁 And right now — until 6 AM EDT tomorrow — this ritual is one of 18+ free resources in the giveaway I’m part of.

Here are three I am loving::

✨ Ritual for Returning – my guided SoulShift journaling experience to help you re-center when life won’t let up (created by me)

✨ The Missing Link to (Finally) Accomplishing Your Goals! – a simple reframe to stop the spiral and move forward

✨ Ocean Energy Activation Cards – a calming, intuitive way to reconnect with clarity and inner guidance

These tools were created by women who’ve lived this — not theorized it.

They disappear tomorrow morning.

You’re not broken.

You’re responding to a life that asked you to carry more than you ever should have.

But you don’t have to stay lost.

This is how you return.
