I’m writing to you because it’s Sunday. And that’s what I do on Sundays! 😊
Speaking of routines, I know it’s easy to have some things fall off. They say habits take 21 days, but I DO NOT believe that. It’s got to be longer than that, right?
Anyway, in case you need a reminder about some things to do for self-care, here’s a list. Just pick one thing to practice this week and then pat yourself on the back for taking good care of yourself.
