I’m thrilled to welcome you to the first week of our July theme: Releasing Self-Judgment and Self-Criticism. This month, we're dedicated to exploring ways to let go of the judgments that hold us back and to embrace ourselves with kindness and compassion.
This Week’s Focus: Recognizing and Releasing Self-Judgment
This week, we begin our journey by acknowledging the self-judgments we hold and taking the first steps towards releasing them. By recognizing these hidden critiques, we can start to understand their impact and gently let them go.

Carve out some time for yourself this week to work through the exercises and meditate on these themes. Remember, every step towards releasing self-judgment is a step towards a more loving and compassionate relationship with yourself.
In practicing what I preach, you might notice the meditation ends a bit quickly. That’s because my 16-year-old called for me from the other room. Rather than judging myself and feeling it’s less than perfect, I decided to cut that part out and let it be. In the past, I would have been really critical, but today, I feel it is perfect just as it is. I hope you enjoy it.
