What we tell ourselves matters as much as what we believe about our "self."


An, I'm ................................. is a powerful statement; every bit of what you write here or say silently to yourself is heard by every cell of your body and, accordingly, will play out in years to come.


So be careful what you say, and also ensure you say something that is consistent with what you truly believe.
