A new year: another chance to heal and grow!

Let me start by saying, "Congratulations!" You made it through another holiday season. Whether you were dealing with just routine hubbub, or something darker, it's over. The chaos and stress of the last three months is winding down, and it's time to move forward.

Now we set our sights on the year ahead, and how to create more of what we want and less of what we don't.

So what would that look like for you? Less trauma, a healthy romance, a new job, something else?

If you're not sure, I would encourage you to take some time to think about what's important to you and what you really want in life. If there are aspects of your life that you would like to make better, the new year is a great time to dig in and take a look at that.

Do some reflection on what is important to you.
Dare to think about what you might like to change or grow this year.
Contemplate what you would need to release to make that possible.

Now the only thing that could make that better (and more effective) is to do it in a fun way with others! 😉 Wait a minute... Good idea. Let's do it!
