The Fiona Project and HelpforSurvivors unite to create HelpforCSA.com
Remember the K.I.S.S. rule of success?
Keep It Super Simple!
Well, we weren't following it, which was causing confusion, delays and complications. So we've come up with a simpler solution. Now, access to resources and support is a breeze!
HelpforCSA.com is a new hub that provides access to all our sites and resources from a single page. It's easy to remember, and quick and easy to share if you meet someone who needs it.
To help us respond to your emails more timely too, we also have a new unified email address, contact@helpforcsa.com.
All future emails will be sent from this address. So, add it to your safe senders list now to see our newsletter photos and make sure you keep receiving our emails.
What else is new?
New Group Resources are now available in our 'CSA Survivors THRIVE' private Facebook community
New members are joining weekly, with lots of great questions and conversations taking place. To keep these conversations going, we've added some new features.
For those who like to chat, we have a private chat thread where members can interact in real-time.
We are also adding events, from mental health support zooms, to writing circles, restorative yoga classes for nervous system support, and workshops exploring different healing tools and modalities.
If you are a survivor, come join us! We'd love to connect with you.

I tried to give them shelter, I invited them all inside.
I sent out the invitations, “Come one, come all”; no pride.
I never asked for rent, not once; a drink at most would do.
I’d then hand them the keys to the kingdom, to do with what they wished to do.
