I am super excited to announce a brand new community for busy Mamas just like you and me:

Flourish Mama REconnect

Mums, if you're:

• feeling frazzled, overwhelmed and snappy with the kids
• wallowing in guilt at the end of the day BECAUSE you were snappy and yelling at the kids so much
• wondering where the old you, the fun you, the happy you has disappeared to

Then it's time you remembered who you are outside of "Muuuuum!"

As Mums we almost always put everyone and everything before ourselves. Our needs are coming a very far away last. We're desperately trying to hold it all together whilst being pulled in 357 different directions all at once. We're doing ALL THE THINGS for the people we love, except ourselves.

Is it any wonder we're on a short fuse, snappy and even yelling at the kids, possibly telling ourselves at the end of the day "I'm a bad Mum" :(
