Get more done in less time

Detachment often is misconstrued

Usually it's a lack of balance being projected

Healthy detachment and balance go together

The common sense of detachment seems to be degeneracy

Where as here, detachment is a healthy relationship to life's holistic essence

Understand that words are just words, we have to be clear on the meaning behind them

See if I'm speaking aloud, I can play with my pitch and tone

But whilst writing, I have to be extraordinarily clear and detailed to correctly articulate the Truth

The game's essence is nuance

Not black and white

True balance is not something I could tell you step-by-step

It's deeper than that, we would need to have a honest chat

I would need to feel where you're standing

So to detach in your life

You need to feel where you're standing

If you're ambitious, and you know you desire a certain thing, and you won't stop until you achieve that certain thing..

Hey, I am not here to say that's wrong

I am here to say, don't kill yourself by forcing your way into gunfire

Meaning; You may need to be ambitious, you do need to pass through that season to get to the deeper Truths of who you are

So don't feel guilty for being ambitious

But also.. You must pay attention to what force, drive, discipline and passion do to you..

They can corrupt you.

They can be mechanical.

They can come from a place of scarcity.

So in detaching, push yourself during the workout, but don't loose yourself over your goals.

Create space for dynamic living.

Walks.

Songs.

Wordless.

Stretch.

Sport.

Chat.

Clean.

Eat well.

Notice addiction.

Learn to let go.

Notice you're holding on.

Find humor in the process.

Try to meditate.

Realize trying isn't the path.

Stop what makes you secure.

So you can dive into the unknown.

Reborn through uncertainty.

The being is one once more.

Then the doing starts again.

But there's peace in the work.

The fish is swimming.

The swimming is the fish.
