hey, life's been a bit.. beyond words lately personally


how have you been?


what i've been feeling is like a renewing of the spirit


heavy emotional attachment, the de-grounding of my foundation..


but with that, it has revealed something deep and potent


that one must ground thyself in that which is most fundamental


not necessarily one thing


but everything


what i mean is that what saves you is change,


in music, in action, in surroundings, etc


a commitment to doing that which you love most


filling your days with things that inspire you


it's important not to take life for granted


don't over obsess with that which is not directly in front of you


you need to balance your ability to alter the scope of consciousness


learning to be dynamic is natural if you take it on the chin when life throws you a quick 1-2 combo


feel deeply, surrender to what you feel and are, pray in whatever form yuo must, move thy body, get fresh air, notice what playing victim does to you, accept what you feel. but notice as well. healthy food. healthy inputs. honesty. leave bad situations. read. be alone. enjoy being alone. create. organize. journal. work. meditate. breathe. listen. let go. grow stronger. be here now. be you. amen.
