You don’t have anxiety. You have an addiction to control.

Here's a crazy nuanced story.

The desire for certainty.

And It's relationship to control.

There's nothing wrong with security.

Until you realize you've built your own prison.

You feel that?

The addiction to control is the mind's work.

The desire to plan & think everything out.

Can't you see what it does to you?

The more you try to control.. The weaker you are.

As learning is seeing your duty is to row.

You're not the navigator of this life.

God's basically playing a video game through you.

Can you recognize how the desire to be the navigator invites pain?

Can you feel when you're just flowing..

See, anxiety & control dance.

You can't have anxiety without a derivative of insecurity.

There's a secret to this life.

I don't know if you're ready for it..

But it's the art of standing on nothing.

The art of being hinged only to the moment.

And each moment is unpredictable.

So God needs you to be.

God needs you to see.

God needs you to use your ears.

Not in the wordily sense.

But in a True sense.

You have wisdom within.

But the desire to have all the answers blinds you.

Learn to let go.

Learn to be moved by the unmovable.
