there is nothing permanent

Your body and bones will one day turn to dust.
This is an acknowledgment that may trigger something within you.
Not from a place of worry or fear — but simply the realization that you are here to create through uncertainty.
In relation to the physical body, you could ask: why care for it if nothing is permanent?
But that's a logical leap. A jumping to conclusions.
The reality is — how you live determines the essence of your impermanence.
Yes, we all turn to dust. You can sit with that fact, feel it, and let what you process through feeling intentionally change and inspire you.
What you look at changes based on where you're standing. We have the power to change where we stand. To alchemize the dark. To let go of the lower.
We are very much human. But is human all we are?
I encourage you to use health, nutrition and exercise as modalities to explore this impermanence. Of relationships, of states of mind, of seasons in life.
The deeper you go on this journey — the clearer you see the contrast within your heart. The weak pulls. The traps. The temptations. And the truth, integrity, strength and surrender.
You cannot have one without the other. You must go through the lower to change.
Do not obsess over self-condemnation. The only way to move from where you are to where you want to be is to acknowledge what happens in your heart when you choose the lower.
This is not meant to be easy. Use fitness to strengthen your spine. To carry your cross. To tear the human from you.
One love.
p.s - feel free to reply if this stirred anything in you, very soon ill be opening up a new program for higher consciousness work. will have extremely limited spots.
(as quality >>> quantity for this sort of work)
