don't ignore what you care about

there's a slippery slope, it's right around a sharp bend in which you'll be least ready for it..

no matter what happens on this bend, you mustn't panic..

just look. breathe. feel. let go. to the best of your abilities.

because you'll regain your footing. it won't take you out. but sometimes you need catastrophe to remember what you're really doing here.

sometimes things needs to break for you to re-invent yourself.

your body, your relations, the list goes on.. take a moment to really sit. to ask yourself genuinely, what have i been blind to lately. what have i been hiding under the rug. where am i being cold and numb. where am i making life harder than it has to be.

you ponder, and / or write about those sorts of questions..

there may be something.

life isn't meant to be without flair.. but be sure that you're reflecting, moving with the currents and the rhythm..

practically besides answering the above questions we can use the act of movement and stillness to help,

walk a lot, train, get on some hikes in nature, play with animals.. all that

and hit your bodyweight in protein / around that # depending on goals and personal style..

then take time to sit. to breathe. to stretch.

the reason we start with the pain and end with the smoother aspects is because usually life happens abruptly. so the depth and learning is in finding the footing through the chaos.
