fitness is not solely physical

When I was younger, my psychological states were so unfavorable.
Yet I had so much. Body was decent. And I always wondered — how do people not take care of themselves? How would I feel if I didn't lift?
Let that sit for a second.
Lifting kept me sane. I couldn't imagine how I'd feel without it.
Your life force will beat the shit out of you when you ignore it. And you will feel
better when you use it — when you work in tune with your heart.
Your body is a temple. Fitness is a form of devotion. You don't need to see it that way.
But I can guarantee your results will 10x when you lift with presence, gratitude, and a fully dialed-in mentality.
There are actions that irrevocably strengthen you. That raise your heart's vibration. When you care for yourself and feel good, you increase the odds everyone around you does the same.
Do not ever stay down. Use fitness as a way to learn how to pick yourself back up.
You're the main character.
