Are you able to notice the gap?


Between the moment and the reaction.


Humans have 80,000 thoughts per day.


On average.


The opportunity is CONSTANT.


To notice the mechanism..


The moment it arises.


Does the thought create the feeling?


Can you watch the weight some thoughts create?


If you can..


Then you'll act more congruently.


You'll listen to your heart's flute.


Not the mind's trumpet.


This creates a new innocence in your being.


A balance so dynamic you're unmovable.


Listening, noticing, seeing thought..


The moment it arises..


These are real artforms.


You lose the attachment.


You see limitation for what it is.


You learn to be, rather than to interpret.


The deepest of understanding is meant to be shared.


The deepest of understanding is not found in books.


But in the depths of your-self.
