a quick reset

I want to take a moment to reset the context here.

Some of you are training consistently. Some of you are thinking about starting again. Some of you aren't focused on fitness at all right now.

That's all fine.

What I've noticed over the years — across fitness, work, and life — is that people don't usually get stuck because they lack information.

They get stuck because clarity breaks down.

Too many options. Too many directions. Too many "I should be doing ___" thoughts running at once.

When that happens, even simple things start to feel heavy.

Over the next few days, I'm going to share a short series about regaining clarity without forcing decisions.

No pressure. No commitments. Just a way to reset direction and make the next step obvious again.

For today: notice where you've been hesitating lately. Not to fix it. Just to name it.
