For over a decade as an educator, parent and parent coach, I've realised that goal setting and planning is one thing that parents tend to leave to chance.

We would gather our children and pray for them, then move on to advise them, " You are going to school to study and become something in the future, not to play and make friends o..." The average parent would say.

But wait a minute, isn't playing and making friends part of why we go to school?🤣

Sorry I distressed...

Lets get back to goal setting and execution.

This should be one of the most important things you do with your child before they leave for school ( boarding or day )
