Hi Everyone

We have been enjoying early morning walks to avoid the worst of the heat (for Gemma-Jean's sake) in Tambo Outback Queensland. This is one of the state's oldest towns but is best known for Tambo Teddies. They are magnificent bears made from pure wool. I have 2 of my own and our 3 granddaughters have one each and I have bought one for our great-niece to be born in January. The royal children have been gifted these bears over the years. I highly recommend a visit or if not possible, they are available online...No, I am not paid to advertise them haha.

We leave here on Sunday for Charleville, a town rich in history. The large Flying Doctor Service base is there as well as the Star Observatory where I based one of my anthology short stories, a bilby conservation centre and a WW2 Heritage centre. We have visited many times but never get tired of returning.

This week in wisdom, or lack thereof, I decided to write a Christmas shifter novella set in the Blue Mountains of outer Sydney, a place I know extremely well. This book is now available for Pre-Order and release is 24 November 2023.
