✍️Journaling can help you feel better, physically and mentally.


It can be a great way to deal with stress and uncomfortable situations even if you’ve never tried journaling before.


In one study, people who journaled had the biggest reduction in symptoms like depression, anxiety, and hostility, particularly if they were very distressed to begin with.


Plus, other studies have found that people who journal their thoughts and feelings make fewer doctor visits over the next six months! Pretty incredible.


⭐️There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to do it — although some research shows that if you write your THOUGHTS about a situation in addition to your FEELINGS, it can be more effective.
