The key word is “lifestyle.”
A lifestyle isn’t a killer program that forces you to work out an hour a day every day or prep 5 meals a day (unless, of course, that’s a lifestyle you choose!).
Instead, it’s about creating habits and routines that fit into your schedule — and that also support your goals.
Things like:
● Going for a 10-15 minute walk during lunch
● Choosing healthy foods for your meals
● Making time for sleep and relaxation
● Building strong social connections
● Doing a strength-training routine 3-4 times a week
It can be a lot easier than you think! Small upgrades in your lifestyle can make ALL the difference.
