This is a reminder that our name Ultimate Fitness Meditation has been changed to Spiritual Fitness Challenge - We will start our training today at 5:30 PM. 

Our Month #1 will focus on basic Buddha breathing - Introduction to Microcosmic orbit breathing exercises and brand new Qigong Flow Part I to improve balance and isometric strength training. Class is today, Tuesday, 01/31/23, at 5:30 PM EST NY.

If you can not make it today, the session will be recorded and ready for Re-Play anytime at your convenience.
