🤔 Commonly Asked Question: What’s the best exercise for fat loss, rehab and injury prevention?


When I work with clients, we focus on “Slow, weighted workouts with at least 24 hours between working the same muscle groups. Then, we add more weight or increase the reps to the mix every 2-3 weeks.”] 


This works because “Building muscle actually raises your metabolic rate even at rest, and increases muscle strength endurance unlike cardio which JUST burns calories while you’re in motion.”].
